Program Assistance & Consultation

VMP provides technical assistance to individuals and groups interested in starting a mentoring program. This includes consultation on the best practices for: program planning and design, recruitment, screening and eligibility, matching, training and orientation for volunteers, monitoring and match support, volunteer recognition and closure.
